Sequoia Surfboards is an internationally renowned Made in Italy surfboards brand. From the vision of Marcello Zani in 2015 the Sfan Tuben was born in a shed in Cesena, Italy, the first Sequoia model that built its success on the concept of performance. In 2020 Aloha Surfboards, a historic Australian brand strongly positioned on the international market, chooses Sequoia as a partner to launch a product line characterized by innovative design and the choice of hi-tech materials. The partnership launches in 2021 with excellent sales results. Aloha asked Sequoia for a video to tell its story to international audiences, with a particular focus on the United States and Australia markets.
An Italian-style commercial. Not the usual surf video but the story of a product inspired by the beauty of our country. In Sequoia, the centuries-old tree that embodies the resilience of Italian surfers, we see coexist concepts such as innovation and tradition, art and speed. The powerful voice of professional voice actor Tommaso Caporali guides the viewer through a crescendo of emotions that runs out, remaining suspended, before giving way to images featuring team riders Diego Cordeiro and Marcelo Nunes in action.
