Surfing competitions, especially longboard competitions, are a time of celebration, aggregation and sharing experienced in the pure spirit of sport. With this mood in mind, we created a path to the event that could reach and involve the widest audience possible: a more generalist, novice audience, engaged through informational content (video-tutorials, Instagram live streams, athlete presentation) by Blackwave; a more core audience, of navigated surfers, engaged through in-depth content (podcasts and articles) by Tuttologic Surf. The graphic design team was responsible for developing the contest's brand identity: social templates, posters and commemorative t-shirts.
