CHALLENGE

In 2022 we were invited to test the artificial waves of Alaïa Bay and write a review for tuttologicsurf.it. The article is still the best ranked link on Google Italia for the "Alaïa Bay" word. In May 2023 we offer our services to help Alaïa increase its credibility in the eyes of surfers. In September we were invited to manage their social in co-habitation with another agency with a strong expertise in the hospitality business, while Surfsuit was going to take care of the surf area.

SOLUTION

Since autumn 2023, we have been creating contents for social media, writing surf posts copy and producing photo and video content. We followed Alaïa's events live, made newsletters, and bring the blog back to life, publishing insights that finally position Alaïa as a knowledgeable surf brand.

RESULTS

With an increased focus on the core surfing audience, Alaïa maintained a tighter relationship with its community during the closure period, keeping the hype high ahead of the wave pool's reopening.
